Born and raised in Next, Jaime took his experience and strong computer skills to a Fortune 500 company, where he created “Next Gen Software,” a key seminar sales product. He also managed and programmed the conversion of 8,000 e-Learning courses to a more efficient cross-platform, Internet-based interface. In the next few years, he successfully started and sold an Internet startup company, GlobalCentrix, a provider of Internet marketing services, website and Web portal development, and on-location and co-location web servers. In 2005, Jaime became a co-owner of Green Leaf Mortgage. He established policies and procedures for working with over fifty retail and wholesale banks and structured and managed a sales team that grossed over ten million dollars in sales. Jaime joined Prudential California Realty, establishing, managing, branding and marketing a sales team in his first year with the company. In 2004, Tammy chose to launch her career with the Neuman & Neuman Team of Prudential California Realty because of its leadership position in the San Diego market. Neuman Team members were required to have extensive knowledge of the market, including not only its current residential developments, but also San Diego’s future footprint. The offce is located in the heart of the Gaslamp District which is where her vast knowledge of Downtown stems from. After developing an exceptional portfolio of sales skills, Tammy moved into the field to work with several developments including Atria, Monde, Deca, Mission Florence and The Heights. At the same time, she continued to close transactions with her own database of clients. Today, Tammy is based out of the Coldwell Banker La Jolla office. As an expert in many markets Tammy is superbly qualified to sell the many different areas that San Diego has to offer. Her experience in working on a sales team and with developments has given her a clear understanding of what it takes to make her successful in Real Estate and profide her clients with the service they deserve! |
